a new $180 million ultra-luxury residence club project located in Vail Village.

The Club at Solaris is located in the new Solaris development.  The Solaris
development will become the centerpiece of the world famous Vail Village,
providing residents with elegance, convenience, service, amenities and
breathtaking mountain views.  The development will also include the Plaza
at Solaris, which plans to have open-air winter ice skating, summer fountains,
