Homestead Real Estate The community of Homestead lies south of Interstate 70 and Hwy 6. Primarily a locals area with full-time residents, Homestead is anchored by a 37,000 square foot sports facility known as the Homestead Court Club. Owned outright by the residents of the community, the court club offers indoor and outdoor tennis, squash and racquetball courts, fitness area, indoor pool and hot tub, steam and saunas and a kiddie pool.
